Shipping Policy

All pieces are handcrafted to order, with every jewel carrying its own unique character and texture that emerge naturally through the handmade process. Because of this, each piece requires time and care to create. Please allow approximately two to eight weeks for production and delivery. This time frame ensures that every item meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and individuality.

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using a tracked and insured service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within two to five business days, while international deliveries may take between ten and twenty business days, depending on the destination and postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value, which will be clearly indicated during checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the order reaches its destination.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I cannot take responsibility for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. In the rare case that something goes wrong, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking details, or get in touch with me — I’ll always do my best to help where possible.

If your order is time-sensitive, don’t hesitate to reach out before purchasing. I’ll do everything I can to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.
